These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of plusplusultra.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or services offered through the Site. The Site is operated by Conduit Ventures, LLC (“Plus+Ultra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and purchase products.

2) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Privacy

4) Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Notify us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Payments

a. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

b. Pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Taxes, discounts, and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

c. Payment authorization
By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

d. Order errors
If we discover a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (as stated on the Site, when applicable).
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

7) Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

8) Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You may skip, pause, change or cancel from your account or contact support@plusplusultra.com before your next renewal. There is no minimum number of shipments and no cancellation fee. 9) Promotions, Coupons, and Gift Cards

Promotions are subject to additional terms and may be modified or ended at any time. Unless stated, coupons cannot be combined and have no cash value.

10) Health & Supplement Disclaimer

Plus+Ultra products are dietary supplements, not drugs. The information on this Site is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Individual results vary.

11) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

If you submit content (including reviews, images, testimonials, suggestions, or other materials) (“User Content”):

  • You represent you own or have permission to submit it.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it in any media for marketing or business purposes.

  • You agree not to post unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

12) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and design) is owned by or licensed to Plus+Ultra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, spider, or harvest data without permission

  • Interfere with Site security or performance

  • Post malware, spam, or deceptive content

We may suspend access for violations.

15) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUS+ULTRA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus+Ultra from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

18) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Venue: Unless you and Plus+Ultra agree otherwise, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

19) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

20) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies posted on the Site (e.g., Privacy Policy, Refund Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Plus+Ultra regarding the Site.
