When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and delivery interval shown at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

You can manage your subscription from your account or contact support@plusplusultra.com before your next renewal date. There is no minimum number of shipments and no cancellation fee.

Changes apply to future orders. If a renewal has already been processed, contact us for help. Eligible deliveries are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Payment and delivery

The recurring amount and delivery schedule are shown before you place your order. Any applicable taxes or separately charged shipping are displayed at checkout. You can review your next order and payment details in your subscription account.
