90-Day System Commitment Guarantee
Our 90-Day Guarantee applies exclusively to active subscription customers who commit to consistent use of the Plus+Ultra system.
To qualify:
- You must be enrolled in an active subscription at the time of request
- You must use the product daily as directed
- You must complete at least two fulfilled subscription shipments
- You must use the product consistently for approximately 90 days
Most Plus+Ultra formulas — including metabolic, mitochondrial, gut, and hormonal support systems — require sustained intake to allow biological systems to respond appropriately.

Refund Timing Policy
Approved 90-Day Guarantee refunds are processed only after the full 90-day qualification window has passed, beginning from the date of your initial subscription order.
If you cancel after your second shipment:
- Your refund (if approved) will be processed once the 90-day period is complete.
If a subscription is canceled before the second shipment is fulfilled:
- The first order will be repriced at the standard retail (non-subscription) rate
- Any promotional discounts or bundled incentives will be removed
- Complimentary items or gifts will be charged at retail value
Subscription pricing reflects a commitment-based structure.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions require a minimum of two fulfilled shipments
- Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing date
- Requests submitted within 30 days of billing may not prevent the upcoming shipment
- Subscription pricing, bonuses, and loyalty incentives are tied to the minimum commitment period
Failure to meet minimum commitment terms voids eligibility for subscription pricing.
Not Eligible for the 90-Day Guarantee
The 90-Day Guarantee does not apply to:
- One-time purchases
- Promotional or flash sale orders
- Coupon-based or influencer-discounted purchases
- Bundles or system discounts
- Final sale or clearance items
- Retention or loyalty offers
All such purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns & Processing (Approved Claims Only)
If your Guarantee Review is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned items must arrive in acceptable condition
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after confirmation and qualification period completion
