What is your return policy?

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original, sealed condition — we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items.

How do I start a return?

It's simple. Email us at support@plusplusultra.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first — we'll make sure the process goes smoothly.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been processed.

If you don't see your refund after 7 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or something doesn't look right, contact us immediately at support@plusplusultra.com with your order number and a photo if possible.

We'll resolve the issue promptly — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or whatever makes it right for you.

Our standard return policy applies to unopened, sealed products returned within 30 days. The Satisfaction Guarantee is specifically for first-time customers who tried the product and want to share feedback — even if the product has been opened.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — anytime, no penalties, no questions asked. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

Just make any changes at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure they take effect before the order processes.

Can I return a subscription order?

Subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy as one-time purchases. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you'd prefer to simply stop future shipments, you can cancel anytime through your account — just do so at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
