90-Day System Commitment Guarantee

Our 90-Day Guarantee applies exclusively to active subscription customers who commit to consistent use of the Plus+Ultra system.

To qualify:

  • You must be enrolled in an active subscription at the time of request
  • You must use the product daily as directed
  • You must complete at least two fulfilled subscription shipments
  • You must use the product consistently for approximately 90 days

Most Plus+Ultra formulas — including metabolic, mitochondrial, gut, and hormonal support systems — require sustained intake to allow biological systems to respond appropriately.

Refund Timing Policy

Approved 90-Day Guarantee refunds are processed only after the full 90-day qualification window has passed, beginning from the date of your initial subscription order.

If you cancel after your second shipment:

  • Your refund (if approved) will be processed once the 90-day period is complete.

If a subscription is canceled before the second shipment is fulfilled:

  • The first order will be repriced at the standard retail (non-subscription) rate
  • Any promotional discounts or bundled incentives will be removed
  • Complimentary items or gifts will be charged at retail value

Subscription pricing reflects a commitment-based structure.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions require a minimum of two fulfilled shipments
  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing date
  • Requests submitted within 30 days of billing may not prevent the upcoming shipment
  • Subscription pricing, bonuses, and loyalty incentives are tied to the minimum commitment period

Failure to meet minimum commitment terms voids eligibility for subscription pricing.

The 90-Day Guarantee does not apply to:

Returns & Processing (Approved Claims Only)

If your Guarantee Review is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returned items must arrive in acceptable condition
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
